"For most of us, food allergy isn’t a serious problem. A little antihistamine for the nose and sinuses, some cortisone for the skin—case closed (at least until the next time). If the reaction keeps coming back, some people see an allergist, have “skin tests,” and get allergy shots, or rely on prescription antihistamines and/or inhalers. And if it’s really, really bad, well, there’s always Prednisone—a steroid often given to people whose allergy symptoms are too stubborn for the other methods. What else is there to know? This is the standard approach.

Perhaps there is a better way. We've seen good results from a variety of "alternatives", including desensitization, elimination, and fixing leaky gut."
